Germany and Poland share a joint history and a common cinematographic heritage. The German-Polish Co-Development Fund (Deutsch-Polnischer Co-Development Fonds DPCF) is a cooperative effort by two regional German film funds: the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung (MDM) and the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg (MBB), together with the Polish Film Institute. The objective of the fund is to increase cooperation between producers from Poland and from these two German regions.
The DPCF provides selective development support for promising film projects that could be of interest to audiences on both sides of the German and Polish border, as well as to European audiences.
Applications are always welcome.
