Berlin / Potsdam - "... and action"! The cameras are rolling hot in Berlin and Brandenburg with more highend content to come and around 4 million euros in funding for 31 film and series projects by MBB. In addition to the production of "The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" and "Role Play" with Billy Bob Thornton, directors such as Burhan Qurbani, Valeska Grisebach, Thomas Arslan, Barbara Eder, Richard Huber and Aysun Bademsoy are planning their new projects.
With 600,000 euros, MBB is also funding the theatrical release of 11 new films. Audiences can look forward to Berlin films such as "Die Känguru-Verschwörung" and "In einem Land, dass es nicht mehr gibt", "Lieber Kurt" and the documentary "Lars Eidinger - Sein oder Nichtsein"!
