Berlin / Potsdam / Cannes – At the 79th Festival de Cannes, six films funded by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg will be screened in the official program. Three productions – GENTLE MONSTER by Marie Kreutzer, VATERLAND by Paweł Pawlikowski, and DAS GETRÄUMTE ABENTEUER by Valeska Grisebach – will celebrate their world premieres in the Competition section. HEIMSUCHUNG by Volker Schlöndorff will have its world premiere in Cannes Premiere. The dramas EVERYTIME and I’LL BE GONE IN JUNE will be presented in the Un Certain Regard section.
