7 New Projects Selected for the German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund
Berlin / Potsdam / Hamburg / Istanbul – The German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund, a joint initiative of Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, and Meetings on the Bridge, the co-production platform of the Istanbul Film Festival, is providing funding for seven film projects developed in collaboration between German and Turkish production companies. The fund supports the development of feature films from Germany and Türkiye. The selected projects reflect the vibrant creative exchange between filmmakers from both countries, strengthen intercultural collaboration, and bring unique stories to the screen. In doing so, the German-Turkish Co-Production Development Fund plays an important role in fostering new voices and expanding the landscape of international co-productions.
